Using Silverlight DropShadowEffect causes blurring in Internet Explorer 9 -

I am implementing DropShadowEffect in Silverlight 5 on IE9 when elements are provided in IE9, they are out of blurry or out of focus It looks like this is the effect I

      Firefox 13.0.1 and Chrome 20.0.1132 are required as a control with no blurring or softness. Is this a known problem?

  I recently had an issue with a Silverlight IE In fact it was not exactly in blurry images (when writing a descriptive bitmap), but checking the zoom level was 100%!
