mapreduce - Error running python mrjob word count example -

I'm trying to run the example counting map I get the following error:

 I One of the maintenance next time when you have a problem like this, you should open a ticket on Github. We do not see stack overflow at all.  
 We use the Master branch for development. Tags release and file PEPI are static.
