Android: Difference between positive, negative, and neutral button -

Is there a functional difference in positive, negative, and neutral buttons especially in the context of alterdialogs?

Only those conditions they communicate ...

• On the device before Honeycomb, the button order (left to right) was positive - neutral - negative.
• On new devices using the Hollow theme, the button order (left to right) is now negative - neutral - positive.
