wordpress - Why paypal required cards to process payments for some and not for all websites? -

I just want to ask, I am using WordPress, s2member plugin and I successfully process payment for my membership I can not do this because I need a card (test purposes) to pay for my PayPal account (unverified), however, using the same PayPal account I already have a WordPress website (e-commerce) Things to b The Ida. Why is this happening?

Subscriptions require a credit card. Other websites may have a simple checkout (in opposition to membership), which can be paid to use PayPal balance (i.e., no CC required).

By the way, make sure that you use a completely different account. You can not pay yourself :)
