html5 - Is the "Offline browsing " a new feature in HTML-5 -

::: UPGRADED :::

I'm about HTML I'm reading -5 and this gives new features, and one of these features is App Caches , which is the use of user applications such as "offline browsing" in the W3 school website. Can offline ", .

But is this really a new feature in HTML5-5 which was not available in earlier HTML versions ?? For a long time (but at least 6 years ago), we have the option to browse the web site, even though we are offline because HTML will be cached in the browser ?? So what do you mean by offline browsing in html5 ?? Br

Yes, this is the new functionality introduced with HTML5, it's the caching of your browser's site Is similar, like the wet "Save for offline use" option.

Some browsers, the offline caching mechanism, is simply simply untrustworthy, HTML5 instead of telling the browser what kind of device it should be used for offline storage. Uses a manifest file.
