I want to use PostgreSQL 9 in my app and use Heroko Postgres 8.3 by default to host on Heroku. Does. To use Postgres 9, I have to install Add-on Heroko-Postgraze (https://addons.heroku.com/heroku-postgresql). In the document, I have taken several steps to use PostGrussCl 9.
