I have a UK-based website running Magenta 1.4.0.1 and recently included the paypal payment standard as a payment option. has gone. It works as expected for the most part, but recently I have been given 2 foreign orders through which no shipping has been done (one in Germany and Sweden).
Upon viewing the order in the backend, Magento suspects that shipping was charged, but when PayPal is checked, it confirms that no shipping charges were taken. Obviously, figures imposed in PayPal, Magento data is zero-shipping figure.
I do not know exactly why this is happening, but my customer understands about this. This question has been, but there was no answer.
It seems that there is a very specific bug in this regard (1.4.0.1) Fortunately , Someone else had this problem.
