login form on navigation bar in rails -

I have created this form for my navigation bar:

 This form is located on the navigation bar, and I have to ask it to go to  session controller  and use  create  action . How is this done? I search for days!

 Is this confusion? If so, then you should use Form_ and it should only give objects of sessions. See.
