Facebook credits with much higher payout on Mobile Phone option -

I am developing a Facebook app and I sell a digital product for 10 credits. In credit card payment, the price is $ 1, but the option of mobile phone is $ 2.5. This is true for another credit amount. Suppose I sell a product for 20 credits, the cost of a credit card is $ 2 but The price of mobile phones is $ 4.7.

Is this normal?

Why this is happening

Many thanks

Yes, it is normal mobile phone payment comes with lots of I know about any other payment processing compared to higher fees, and generally the good part of those fees is passed to the consumer.

What about it? One prospect (probably only probability) must be added to an intangible layer - create in-app virtual currency purchased with credit, which users can exchange for your product. However, if you do not plan to offer many different items that can cause more problems, or create a complex / misleading user experience.
