The VB script is not calling the workflow from the C # method I am correcting? I am able to test the same code from the server.

  Set, I'm dealing with a similar problem for the previous couple of days  
 I have problems with registration without doubt.     
 In my case I have registered this register using the registrar:  
  C: \ Windows \ Microsoft.NET \ framework64 \ V4.0.30319    The workflow agent is 32 bits application, so I have just registered the assembly with executable located in the registry:  
  C: \ Windows \ Microsoft.NET \ Framework \ v4 0.3031 9    and acted like a charm
