I am getting this error:

I am working on a .NET 3.5 website on which I have worked and stopped for almost two years. I have never seen this error before my most recent updates. I have completely calculated the amount equivalent to LINQ coding. The'm using and I get on very high LINQ address these errors. Based on what I've read, it seems like I am using .NET 3.5, for some reason it thinks I am using 2.0. But I can not find anything that tells us how to fix it.
An example of a problem is that if I try to add a new item to the App_Code directory, then let me copy the SQL DBML file from LINQ.
