cannot create c++ project in Visual Studio 2010 -

I think because I'm installing Visual Studio 2012, I can not create a C ++ project in Visual Studio 2010. But, I'm not sure that the new studio 2010. Establishment of VS 2012 is related to this problem.

The problem is that when I try to create a new C ++ project, neither signal message nor notification is shown.
