connecting oracle from r -

I'm new to R and trying to connect to the Oracle from the route described here I am here.

I downloaded the client instantaneously but could find nothing except some .dll files.

How do I connect to Oracle from R I have seen some solutions but they could not work

Please tell me what is there, Oryank Condition to connect to r BTW, I am using Oracle SQL Developer.

  If the client already used on your desktop uses JDBC, then this is probably the RJDBC package Is easy to use and use the same URL that your desktop package is using!
