  Jupiter $ bundle app rake db: make db: Migrate APP_development has already rescanned racks! PG :: Error: Error: Invalid value for parameter "timezone": "UTC": SET time zone 'UTC'    This error is when I try to migrate to my Postgraduate database I get help will be greatly appreciated!   
 
  I had the same problem using Postgres.app from everyone. It was resolved by rebooting my mac
