Using wordpress.com to host my blog. When you click on the image of the site, Then you take it back to the blog home page, not the homepage belongs to my site.
I know how this could change with an installed WordPress from the editor menu However, I do not have any of these options on WordPress.com, however, to change the stuff through CSS I have full access to.
Is there a way to force CSS to make changes for me?

No - CSS style is the only way to page content; do not change it yourself (which is the tag Is part of)
