Request for Shopify API to allow creation of Customers and Orders -

I just want to know what if the Shopping API has the ability to create an order, can there be any updates? Currently we can only receive orders, edit, and delete orders.

Is it on the roadmap (and if so, you can give me a fat ETA) or will it never be displayed?
